Squid dishes are incredibly tasty and fragrant, if you know how to cook them properly. These seafoods are very carizable and not every cook will dare to test their strength on them, risking spoiling the dish rather than serving it perfectly cooked.

To prevent such incidents from happening in your home, we offer you the three most popular recipes for making squid, in which you will never be disappointed. All your guests and friends will ask for recipes to create such juicy, mouth-watering and stunningly delicious dishes.

1. Marinated squids

The easiest and fastest squid snacks to create are marinated clam rings.

They really are not difficult to cook and you can serve such a dish just a few hours after cooking.

You will need:

- 2 squid carcasses;

- a few pinches of coriander and black pepper peas;

- 1.5 tbsp. 9% vinegar;

- 2-3 bay leaves;

- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;

- 1 tsp salt;

- 1 tsp. sugar;

- 300 g of water.

Rinse the peeled squid carcasses and cut them into rings in a container.

Into the skillet add all the necessary spices, except liquid, and pour in water. Boil everything and pour mollusk rings. Immediately pour liquid spices into the container. Stir everything so that the squids are wrapped in marinade and place in a cool place for 3 hours.

After this time, the snack can be tasted - it is delicate in taste and fully soaked in spicy marinade.

2. Fried calamari rings in batter

This squid snack is adored by everyone, but most of all - by beer lovers, as it is the perfect dish to serve under this foamy drink! The rings are fried in just a couple of minutes, but they fly away from the plate just as quickly, so try to prepare the maximum number of rings in a batter at a time so that you do not run a few more times to the kitchen.

You will need:

- 2-3 squid carcasses;

- 1-2 tbsp. plain water;

- 2 tbsp. wheat flour;

- 1 egg;

- salt to taste;

- 150-200 ml of sunflower oil.

For a snack, choose the already cleaned squid carcasses, which are sold frozen. Pre-thaw them and cut them into rings about 0.5 cm wide.

In a bowl, mix the chicken egg with water, salt, and wheat flour, whipping them into a batter.

Pour in sunflower oil into the container (immediately pour everything so that the rings do not stick to the bottom) and place each ring into it, dipping it in the batter.

Fry for a couple of minutes on each side and spread on a plate covered with paper towel - it will drain all the excess fat.

Serve the fried rings in any form - they are incredibly tasty.

3. Stuffed Squids

You can talk a lot about this dish, but it’s much tastier to try it. You can choose your own stuffing to taste: potatoes, rice, mushrooms, eggs, etc. Ideal for stuffing would be boiled rice mixed with other products.

You will need:

- 2 squid carcasses;

- 0.5 onions;

- 1 carrot;

- 100 grams of rice;

- 100 g crab sticks;

- parsley;

- salt to taste;

- 10 ml of vegetable oil.

Cut the crab sticks into small cubes.

Boil the rice until cooked for 20 minutes.

Crush onions and carrots on a fine grater and stir in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes.

Pour the spiced vegetables into rice.

Then add the same crab sticks.

Chop the greens and add salt. Stir the stuffing and fill them with squids.

Add the remaining mincemeat in the form, and place the stuffed squid on it. Bake for about 20 minutes. Serve sliced shaybochki. Good appetite!

The cost of any of these recipes will not be higher than 120 rubles, but the taste delight that they will give to you and your guests is invaluable!
