  4. Immerse the peeled tangerines in boiling syrup, turn off the stove. Turn citruses several times, cover.
  5. Leave the tangerines in syrup until completely cooled. Then put in vases, complement with ice cream, decorate with mint.

Quick curd dessert with tangerines
