Kefir bulk cake - the basic principles of preparation

Among the many options for making dough for bulk cake, it is the dough on kefir that is most often chosen by the mistress. It’s easiest to cook. To do this, you need a minimum amount of products and time.

Kefir is poured into a bowl and combined with all other ingredients except flour. All mix thoroughly. If you do not have kefir, you can replace it with sour milk, natural yogurt or yogurt.

Then gradually pour the flour and mix. It should turn out the dough, the consistency of store sour cream.

Now they are preparing the filling. Vegetables, meat and fish are chopped and fried. Fruits are used in the raw filling. Eggs are boiled and crushed. Greens are put in the filling, finely chopped.

Half of the dough is poured into a mold or a baking sheet, the filling is evenly laid out on top and carefully poured with the remaining dough. The surface is leveled with a spatula. Top the cake with sprinkled sesame seeds or grated cheese.

1. Sift flour into a deep bowl and pour warm yogurt. Drive an egg into a separate cup, add mayonnaise and salt. Beat the egg mass and combine it with the main test. Mix well. It should be a dough like a pancake. Leave the dough for a quarter of an hour warm.

2. Peel and grind vegetables and garlic and fry them in sunflower oil. We rinse the rice to clean water and boil it until half ready. We throw it in a colander and wait until all the liquid drains. 4. Add canned fish to rice with vegetables, mix and taste, add spices if necessary. We add canned food at this stage, so that excess liquid does not form in the filling. Quickly spread the filling on the dough, evenly distributing it over the dough.

5. Carefully fill the filling with another layer of dough. We send the cake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven. Then leave the cake in the oven off for another quarter of an hour. We take out the cake, cut it in portions and serve.

Recipe 2. Bulk kefir pie with cream cheese and herbs

Ingredients

5 g of baking soda;

one cream cheese

450 ml of kefir;

greens of dill and onions;

Ingredients

baking soda - 5 g;

half a kilogram of minced meat;

two glasses of flour;

60 g of sugar;

butter - 150 g;

three eggs.

Cooking method

1. Beat eggs with salt and sugar until bubbles appear. Then pour kefir into the beaten eggs, after adding soda to it. Mix.

2. Add flour to the liquid mass in parts and mix with a whisk until a homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained. Add soft butter and mix thoroughly. Leave the dough alone for five minutes.

3. In a pan, heat the sunflower oil and fry the minced meat in it until it changes color and all the liquid has evaporated. Then add finely chopped onion and fry, stirring for another ten minutes.

Kefir filled cake - tips and tricks

  • For bulk pies with fruits or cherries, prepare the dough a little thinner so that it fills the filling and seeps between the pieces of fruit.

  • If you are making a pie stuffed with meat, fish, vegetables, etc. make the dough a little thicker so that the filling does not drown in it.

  • Kefir pies filled perfectly in a slow cooker. In it, the dough is baked faster and more evenly.
