No matter how successful the borscht, or roast, or even look, you have to remove children's hands from the sugar bowl.

How to be? Well, isn’t it an option to make sweets yourself, to cook sweets in haste?

Surprisingly, the simplicity of the recipes is almost proportional to their usefulness, and not so much sugar is used.

And one more wonderful detail - small sweets can be connected to the process of creating goodies, the child will not have time to get tired in a matter of minutes.

Whip up sweets - the basic principles of cooking

• There is little common in sweets recipes.

• Of course, this is the cooking time (minimum).

• Availability of products (should be inexpensive and sold everywhere).

• Simplicity of technology and, preferably, the absence of heat treatment

• If you still need to bake it for cooking sweet, then this should take a minimum of time.

• What can be cooked from sweets in a hurry?

- cakes without baking;

- Dessert;

- sweets;

- cupcakes, soufflé;

- instant cookies;

- Eastern sweets - halva, baklava.

• You can also bake apples with sugar in the oven - you will get a quick, tasty and remarkably healthy dish.

"Miracle" - a quick apple sweet dessert

Ingredients:

• three large sweet apples;

• ordinary shortbread cookies - 4 pcs.;

• sour cream 20% - 100 grams;

• two tables. tablespoons of light sugar;

• a small pinch of cinnamon powder.

Cooking method:

1. Place cookies between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll the rolling pin over the top sheet several times, the cookie should turn into crumbs.

2. Cut the washed apples in half, take out the core and peel. Cut the fruit into small cubes and put in the microwave for 10 minutes.

3. Mix sour cream with granulated sugar. Add cinnamon and beat well with a mixer. You can put a little more sugar in the cream, the dessert will become sweeter.

4. In layers or large wide glasses put the layers - apples, sour cream and cookies. The last layer of sour cream again.

5. You can decorate such a dessert with pieces of pineapple, nuts or canned peaches.

Dessert - "Crispy"

Ingredients:

• corn flakes - 2.5 cups;

• half a glass of oatmeal;

• 100 grams of milk chocolate;

• 72% butter - 50 grams;

• table. a spoon of liquid light honey;

• dried fruits (dried apricots, raisins), walnut kernels.

Cooking method:

1. Pour flakes into a dry frying pan and lightly fry.

2. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt by heating in a water bath.

3. Add honey and butter. Dip the fried flakes, small pieces of dried apricots, raisins and mix well.

4. Put the mass on a flat plate with a slide. Garnish with chopped walnut kernels and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Sweet cookies in a hurry - "Baku Kurabye"

Ingredients:

• flour - 300 grams;

• 175 grams of butter, unsalted butter;

• icing sugar - 80 grams;

• three eggs;

• thick jam.

Cooking method:

1. Beat the mixer with a mixer at medium speed, pouring powdered sugar. Add the whites separated from the yolks and beat well again.

2. Sift flour into the oily mass. Continue whisking until smooth.

1. Mix the sour cream with sugar and bring to a boil on moderate heat in a thick-walled ceramic bowl.

2. Pour in vegetable oil and continue cooking to a minimum, stirring slowly slowly.

3. When the mass begins to thicken and darken, introduce cocoa and remove from heat.

4. Lubricate the bottom of the wide plate with oil and pour the hot mass into it. Flatten and cool at room temperature. Cut with a thin sharp knife, moistening it in ice water.

Whip up vanilla sweet souffle

Ingredients:

• 60 gr. butter sandwich butter;

• 75 gr. powdered sugar;

• a small bag of vanilla sugar;

• 225 ml of high fat milk;

• 50 grams of baking flour;

• five egg whites;

• 4 yolks.

Cooking method:

1. Turn the oven into 180 degree mode.

2. Grease the soufflé pan with butter and lightly powder with icing sugar.

3. Heat the milk well, dilute vanilla sugar in it.

4. Mix the melted butter with warm milk. Add the flour, stir and cook with little heat, achieving a noticeable thickening.

5. Grind the hot mass through a sieve and cool slightly. Enter one protein and beat with a mixer.

6. When the dough has cooled completely, insert one yolk into it. With the next addition, whisk until the yolk completely disperses according to the test.

7. In a strong, stable foam, whisk the remaining protein with sugar.

8. Enter one fourth of the protein mass into the dough. Slowly stir evenly from the bottom up. Add the remaining mass and mix well again.

9. Transfer the dough to a roasting pan and bake for half an hour in the oven.

10. Sprinkle the finished souffle from the small sieve with powdered sugar.

Original Sweet Whipped Pudding

Ingredients:

• shortbread cookies - 100 g .;

• butter 72% butter - 50 gr.;

• 60 gr. chopped fruits (from jam or compote);

• four eggs;

• 250 gr. refined sugar;

• 100 gr. peeled almonds;

• a spoon of candied fruit;

• 80 ml of cognac;

• five pieces of sugar (refined sugar);

• a teaspoon of 96% alcohol;

• bread crumbs white;

• 1 ml of table vinegar.

Cooking method:

1. Pour candied fruits and chopped fruits with cognac, soak for 15 minutes.

2. Separate the whites and yolks. Grind the yolks with butter and granulated sugar. Pour the crushed rolling pin cookies, chopped almonds. Add the fruit and brandy in which they were infused. Stir all the ingredients evenly.

3. Beat the whites with vinegar and salt until a dense, stable foam is found. Add the previously prepared mass to the proteins and mix.

4. Lubricate the baking dish with margarine, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Transfer the mass to the container.

5. Bake at 220 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

6. Put the completely chilled pudding out of the mold on the dish and sprinkle it with plenty of cognac.

7. When serving, spread sugar-soaked pieces of sugar on its surface and set fire to it.

Brownie with Chocolate

Ingredients:

• black 74% chocolate - 250 gr.;

• 150 gr. butter, natural butter;

• milk chocolate - 50 gr.;

• three eggs;

• 3/4 cup sugar;

• half a glass of flour;

• half a teaspoon of test dough ripper.

Cooking method:

1. Put pieces of butter and broken chocolate in a compact bowl. Put the container in a water bath and, periodically mixing, wait until the chocolate and butter melt. Remove the bowl from the heat and cool the chocolate mass. To cool faster, put the bowl in a basin of cold water.

2. Beat eggs and sugar until white foam. Add the cooled chocolate mass and stir.

3. Pour the sifted flour with the cultivator and mix again.

4. Carefully insert the milk chocolate cut into small pieces into the dough and stir again.

5. Transfer the dough into a silicone rectangular shape and place the bake at 180 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes.

6. Place the brownies on a wooden surface, cool and chop.

Halva "Solar" - Oriental sweetness whipped up

Ingredients:

• three glasses of sunflower seeds without husks;

• 400 gr. wheat flour;

• one and a half glasses of unrefined sugar;

• a glass of vegetable oil;

• drinking water - 15 tablespoons.

Cooking method:

1. Separately, fry the flour and seeds in a dry pan. Fry the flour, constantly stirring, until a gentle creamy color appears.

2. Pass the fried flour through the meat grinder. Mix it with fried seeds and re-twist with a meat grinder.

3. Pour granulated sugar into a thick-walled pan. Add purified drinking water and cook on low heat for 5 minutes after the sugar has melted.

4. Mix chilled sugar syrup with flour mass. Add vegetable oil and mix well.

5. Transfer the mass to a suitable container and put it in the refrigerator to solidify.

Dark biscuit custard cake - a quick recipe for sweet

Ingredients:

• a pound of "Coffee" cookies;

• milk - 700 ml;

• 200 gr. white sugar;

• 4 raw yolks;

• vanilla sugar - a teaspoon;

• white flour - two spoons, without a hill.

Cooking method:

1. Thoroughly crush the cooled yolks with sugar, vanilla and flour until smooth.

2. Put boiling 600 ml of milk. When it warms up well, introduce the cooked mass into it and mix thoroughly. Lumps should not remain. Bring to a boil and remove the pan from the heat. Cool the contents well.

3. Slightly heat the remaining milk. Dip each cookie one at a time into it and hold for 3 seconds. Immediately place cookies soaked in milk on a tray, several in a row.

4. After laying the first layer, cover it with a layer of cooled cream. Again, lay a layer of soaked cookies on it again and cream again. To make the cake sour, you can add slices of kiwi or cherry to the cream.

5. Sprinkle grated chocolate or crumbled cookies on top of the cake.

6. The finished cake can be eaten immediately or put in the cold for an hour.

Cupcakes "Chocolate" - sweet pastries in haste

Ingredients:

• two tiles of bitter, 70% chocolate;

• 100 gr. sandwich oil;

• eggs - 3 whole and 2 yolks;

• sugar - 50 gr.;

• a small pinch of salt;

• two and a half tablespoons of flour.

Cooking method:

1. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Add oil and melt everything in a water bath. A microwave is available.

2. Beat eggs and extra yolks with sugar until foam. Mix the egg and chocolate mixture. Add flour, salt and mix thoroughly with a spoon.

3. Fill the dough silicone molds a third and put in a warm oven.

4. Such muffins are baked at 200 degrees in 8 minutes.

Lollipops per minute

Ingredients:

• sugar;

• drinking water;

• any fruit or berry essence.

Cooking method:

1. In a glass, add 50 ml of water, drip a little essence for a stable aroma. You can add a drop of liquid citric acid, or natural lemon juice.

2. In 4-5 teaspoons, add 1/3 sugar. Moisten it with a solution of essence in water.

3. Heat a thick-walled steel pan without any coating, preferably with low walls.

4. Dip the spoons into the pan, resting them on the edges with their handles and scoops down, touching the bottom.

5. Wait until the sugar has melted and begins to change color, then immediately remove one at a time and place it on the cutting board for a few seconds. Do not burn yourself, use gloves!

6. Sugar, cooling, will begin to get dark, throw spoons with “candies” into a bowl of water. Cool for a few seconds and distribute spoons to the kids. Enthusiasm for such “candies”, prepared right before our eyes, is indescribable.

Whip Up - Tricks and Cooking Tips

• When preparing a souffle, prepare the main mixture before whipping the proteins. Preheat the oven in advance and prepare the mold.

• Beat whites until they increase in volume and get a strong foam. It is strong foam that indicates a sufficient amount of air.

• When introducing protein foam into the dough, do not mix strongly. The air will leave, and the souffle will not work out air.

• Chocolate "Brownie" is better to almost bake than to overexpose in the oven, this will retain the smell of chocolate.

• Do not overexpose cookies in milk. It will soften, and the cream-soaked cake will become too wet.

• When the toffee mass has cooled a little, immediately cut it into small pieces.
