Bay leaf

One of the strongest means to help remove accumulated salts. The recipe is very simple: about 25 leaves are poured with two glasses of water and allowed to boil for about 5 minutes. After this, the broth must be infused for 4 hours in a thermos and you can drink in small sips. The mixture is prepared three days in a row, one serving should be enough for 12 hours. With a break of a week, the course should be repeated. It is recommended to carry out no more than two courses of treatment per year.

It is important to know that this method can only be used after preliminary bowel cleansing. Otherwise, there is a possibility of an allergic release. If the appearance of frequent urination is observed, then this indicates that the broth began to act, respectively, the salts dissolve and are excreted along with the urine.

Eggshell

To prepare a potion in two liters of purified water, you need to boil 250 g. rye grains. After waiting for the broth to cool, strain and add a kilogram of honey, 500 grams of vodka and 20-25 grams of barberry root. Everything is thoroughly kneaded and cleaned for 20 days in any dark place. It is necessary to eat 50 grams of the aged mixture before meals. The course of treatment is quite long, since all you need to cook and drink about 9 liters of medicine.

There is only one difficulty in the prescription - the roots of barberry are not sold in pharmacies. It is best to seek them from amateur gardeners.

Cottage cheese

In the fight against pain in the knee joints, calcified cottage cheese helps a lot. In any pharmacy, you can buy calcium chloride, you still need 500 gr. milk 1.5 tablespoons of calcium solution are added to milk heated to 60 degrees and kept on low heat until the milk becomes curd. Then it is thrown back onto a sieve, wrapped with gauze and left overnight. By morning, the cottage cheese will be ready and you can use it in any quantities, since it does not pose any harm to the body.

Rice

It easily removes salts of ordinary boiled rice from the body. Before use, it must be soaked in water for 5 days. It should be eaten in the morning for two tablespoons without any spices and bread. After that, it is not recommended to eat anything in food for about three hours - this is the period that rice needs to remove salts. The course is 40 days. It should be noted that during treatment it is impossible to load the muscles physically.

Woodlouse (grass)

In addition to affecting the joints, it improves metabolism. It is recommended to use it in the summertime for a tablespoon 10 minutes before a meal. For cooking, grass is laid out in a three-liter jar, 500 g is poured. vodka and to the top is filled with cold boiled water. Infuse the mixture you need about 10 days. At the same time, it should not be filtered.

White lilac

One of the simplest recipes for sore joints. For 15 minutes in a glass of water you need to boil a spoonful of dry leaves. The broth is drunk in small portions in one day.

External treatment of knee joints with folk remedies

In addition to tinctures for oral administration, you can use other methods of treatment. For example, techniques have a positive effect on the knee joints baths with essential oils.
