Sandwiches - well, who does not love them? Especially if they are made from tasty and juicy sausage. You must admit that nowadays there are so many varieties of this meat product, but it is so difficult to choose the one that not only pleases you to taste, but will also contain a minimum of harmful additives because of their abundance, because small children often eat it too!

To exclude substandard and not very healthy food on your table - cook boiled sausage yourself, using the master class below, and make sure that everything that is ingenious and tasty is simple.

Not a single guest can distinguish a sandwich with such a sausage from a shopping store — you can check it yourself with your relatives or friends, and you can be sure that they will definitely ask for a supplement!

To create 1 kg of boiled sausage, you will need:

- 2 chicken legs;

- 15 g of gelatin (large pack.);

- 250-300 ml of broth;

- 0.5 tsp. salts;

- 0.5 tsp. paprika;

- 2-3 bay leaves;

- 0.25 tsp. red food coloring;

- 0.5 tsp. ground black pepper;

- 2-3 cloves of garlic;

- 1 liter plastic bottle (empty).

For the preparation of sausages suitable as frozen chicken legs, and chilled. It can also be cooked from chicken fillet, but then you have to add some chopped pork lard so that the sausage doesn't get too dry. Rinse the chicken legs and place in a saucepan. Using a frozen product, give it a little more time to cook when cooking.

Put salt in a saucepan and add bay leaves. Pour in water and cook chicken legs about 40-45. You need to boil them properly - to do this, after 20 minutes of boiling, pierce each chicken leg with a knife in order to release blood from the middle.

Once this happens, remove the chicken pieces into a separate bowl and let them cool, and then separate the flesh from the bones.

Pour 250 g of hot broth into a separate container and add gelatin into it. Dissolve it within 10-15 minutes so that no lumps remain in the liquid.

Put cooled chicken meat in the bowl of a food processor - you will not need a blender and meat grinder!

Pour seasoning, dye and press the peeled garlic cloves right into the bowl. If you do not like spicy taste, then it is better to refuse to add paprika! And also watch for the addition of food coloring, so that your sausage does not turn out burgundy or scarlet!

Pour in the gelatin broth and whisk everything at the highest speed for about 4-5 minutes, until all the products turn into a uniform pink mass. At this stage, you can taste the mass and add the missing ingredients.

In a clean empty plastic liter bottle, cut off the top of the watering can and pour the prepared meat into it. Send in the refrigerator for 3 hours or in the freezer for 1 hour.

After this time, your sausage will already harden. You can remove it with scissors - carefully cut the bottle to the bottom with one hand, and then along the bottom, until you free the sausage on the prepared plate.

The finished product looks so appetizing and smells so delicious that I want to try it right away! You should not put it on “later” - cut the bread and taste the sausage, cutting it into thick circles. Good appetite!

Most importantly, there are no prohibited additives and emulsifiers in the sausage! Yes, and it is several times cheaper than the store version:

- 2 chicken legs - 70 rubles;

- 15 g of gelatin (large pack.) - 17 rubles;

- Spices - 8 rub.

Total: 1 kg of home-made boiled sausage costs 85 rubles, while the price for a delicious sausage purchase ranges from 180 and above! So - cook with us, because it is useful, and budget!
