If you do not know how to surprise your loved ones, prepare a simple and unusual salad of red cabbage. It is widely used in cooking, but it is in salads that you will experience its unique taste. There are many options for making salads with blue cabbage. Probably not a day is enough to list all the options.

We suggest you make a bright salad with cabbage, corn and sausage. And we’ll add sweet pepper and egg there. Season with mayonnaise. It will be not only tasty, but also beautiful.

What else can be added to the salad? Egg, pickled mushrooms, carrots, fresh or pickled cucumber, crab sticks, grant grains, cranberries. If you woke up an unbridled desire to brand and try something new, then go ahead, do not limit this recipe.

Ingredients:

Red cabbage - 1 forks (1 kg);

Canned corn - 1 can;

Boiled egg - 2 pieces;

Sweet pepper red (or different colors) - 1 piece;

Smoked sausage - 300 g;

Mayonnaise - 150 g.

We cut the sausage into cubes or cubes. If there is no smoked sausage on hand, you can take boiled. But smoked is more delicious. Sweet pepper (we have a variety of ratunda) is cut into small cubes. Spread to the cabbage.
