Ingredients:

Carrots - 1 pc.;
Milk - 100 ml;

Salt and pepper to taste.
Recipe:
Despite the fact that the souffle recipe is quite simple, it can be prepared in different ways. We offer you the most time-consuming recipe. And how can you cook it differently, we will write it down at every step.
First of all, prepare the liver - wash it, remove the films, if any. Pass the liver through a meat grinder or grind it in a blender bowl.
Cut the onion into as small cubes as possible. Pass the carrots through a meat grinder or grate on a fine grater. For a rich taste, vegetables can be passaged in a small amount of vegetable oil. But you can add fresh vegetables, as in our recipe. The taste of souffle will be more delicate.
Now add the eggs and milk. For a more delicate soufflé structure, especially if the main ingredients are pork or beef liver, egg whites are whipped in a strong foam and added at the very end.
Add flour and spices. Mix. It turns out quite a liquid base. But do not worry, the souffle is baked and will become denser.
Pour the mass into a baking dish, which is covered with parchment paper, or carefully grease with oil.
We send the liver souffle to the oven, heated to 180 degrees. Bake the souffle for 40-45 minutes until golden brown on top.
Before you take the souffle out of the liver, let it cool completely in shape. After that, simply turn it over to a dish and serve as an appetizer flavored with any sauce.
