Brizol is a wonderful French egg pancake dish with filling. It turns out especially tasty if the base is with minced meat.

Despite the large number of ingredients, brizol is prepared not only simply, but also quickly. After 20-30 minutes, a wonderful lunch, dinner, breakfast or treat for guests will flaunt on the table.

Stuffed brizol - general principles of preparation

The main dish is egg and meat pancake. Any mincemeat can be used for it, but not very greasy. Stuffing is combined with spices, flattened into a thin cake. Beat eggs with a fork, pour into a frying pan. The French use only cast-iron dishes. On top of the meat lay out. It will turn out a meat omelet. As soon as it is browned, you need to turn it over. If this is difficult to do, you can use a flat plate. First take out on it, then return the raw side to the pan. Immediately, while the omelet is warm, wrap the filling.

What can be used:

• fresh and canned vegetables;

• fried, pickled, salted mushrooms;

• cheese, feta cheese;

• herbs, various spices.

Often stuffing is supplemented with all kinds of sauces. They hold together the ingredients, add flavor. You can take sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, teriyaki. Brizol is served immediately while it is warm. It is better not to cook the dish in advance, since a cold omelet with minced meat loses taste, and you can’t heat the filling from fresh vegetables.

Minced meat brisol with tomatoes and cucumbers

The recipe for a simple minced brizol. It is cooked in a pan, filled with vegetables. For the sauce, instead of mayonnaise, you can take thick sour cream.

Ingredients

• 150 g minced meat;

• 2 eggs;

• salt pepper;

• some oil.

Filling:

• cucumber;

• a tomato;

• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

• a pinch of pepper, salt;

• 3 branches of dill.

Cooking

1. Cut the tomato and cucumber into slices, the slices should not be thick. Pour into a bowl.

2. Mix mayonnaise with spices, add chopped dill, mix and also set aside.

3. We are engaged in minced meat. Salt, pepper, mix well. We form one bun from it.

4. We cover the cutting board with cling film, put the minced meat and cover it with foil on top. Take a rolling pin and carefully roll out a circle. It should turn out at least 15 cm in diameter.

5. In a large bowl, beat two eggs. We also season them with spices.

6. We shift the meat circle into eggs, freeing it from the film, then carefully pour everything together on a heated frying pan with oil.

7. Fry the base on one side for three minutes, then gently turn it over to the second side.

8. Take out the tortilla on a plate, grease with mayonnaise sauce. We spread tomatoes with cucumbers in half, cover with the free part.

9. Serve the brizol to the table immediately, adding a sprig of fresh herbs.

Minced meat brizol with mushrooms

To prepare such a bisol from minced meat, fried champignons are used. But you can also cook a dish with pickled mushrooms, it will also be delicious with them.

Ingredients

• 2 eggs;

• 130 g minced meat;

• 1 protein;

• a pinch of salt, pepper;

• some oil.

Filling:

• 120 g of champignons;

• 0.5 onions;

• 2 tablespoons sour cream;

• 1 tomato;

• greens, a clove of garlic.

Cooking

1. If the onions are small, you can take a whole head. We cut in half rings, transfer to a frying pan with oil, fry until transparent.

2. We cut champignons with plates. Add to the onion and fry together until tender.

3. At the end of the filling you need to add salt, pepper, add sour cream. Boil a little so that the sauce is thick, season with a chopped clove of garlic, remove from heat.

4. Stir the minced meat with spices, flatten the thin cake on the film. You can roll it through a film with a rolling pin, as described in the recipe above.

5. Shake two eggs and one protein with spices.

6. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, pour the omelette and immediately put the meat cake. Fry from the first side until cooked, then turn over. We fry the skeleton of brizol from the second side.

7. While preparing the tortilla, cut the greens and tomato. Combine with previously fried mushrooms.

8. Take out the meat omelet, quickly spread the filling on it. Either we roll the roll, or just cover one part with the free side.

Minced meat brizol with cheese filling

A recipe for a hearty minced brizol. The filling can be prepared absolutely from any cheese, even processed, but you will have to adjust the density with mayonnaise.

Ingredients

• 3 eggs;

• 130 g of minced meat;

• spices.

Filling:

• 110 g of cheese;

• 0.5 bunch of dill;

• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

• 1 small cucumber;

• 2 cloves of garlic.

Cooking

1. Grate cheese, combine with chopped garlic, add mayonnaise. You can use sour cream or natural yogurt. Season with spices and mix thoroughly.

2. Cut the cucumber and herbs, add to the cheese, stir again. Salt if necessary.

3. Prepare a thin tortilla from minced meat with spices.

4. Beat eggs, pour into a well-heated skillet. Spread the minced meat immediately until the egg has set. Prepare a pancake on both sides to a rosy color.

5. We shift to a plate, immediately put the cheese filling.

6. Quickly twist the roll.

7. Transfer to a dish, cut into pieces 3 cm wide. We decorate the brisol with greens, immediately serve.

Minced meat bisol with waffles

The recipe is not quite an ordinary minced brizola. To prepare this dish, you need thin wafer cakes.

Ingredients

• 300 g of minced meat;

• 3 eggs;

• 4 waffles;

• 1 onion;

• butter;

• spices;

• 130 ml of milk;

• flour.

Cooking

1. Grind the onion, add to the minced meat, season with spices, you can throw the garlic, mix thoroughly until smooth.

2. Take one wafer sheet, grease with minced meat, make a thin layer, half should go. Cover with a second wafer sheet. We make one more such blank. Set aside so that the waffles are slightly softened.

3. Beat eggs with milk, pepper, salt. Add as much flour to make dough for fritters.

4. We return to the waffles, which should have already softened. We cut them into small pieces of arbitrary shape, it is possible triangles, squares, as it turns out. Size doesn’t matter, but large pieces are best not to do.

5. Now pour the oil in a pan, a layer of about 0.5 cm. Warm up.

6. Dip the brizol billet into batter, put it in a frying pan, fry on one side until golden brown.

7. Turn over with a spatula to the second side, cover the frying pan, allow the dish to steam, so that the stuffing is ready. We serve immediately to the table.

Minced meat brisol with pickles

Simple minced brizol. As the filling, only pickles are used, which need to be wrapped in a straw. But the omelet is cooked with milk and flour, more like a tortilla.

Ingredients

• 1 egg;

• 2 tablespoons of milk;

• 0.5 tablespoons of flour;

• 140 g of minced meat;

• 1 pickled cucumber;

• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

• 1 clove of garlic;

• salt with pepper.

Cooking

1. Beat the egg with milk and flour in a bowl, salt.

2. Season the minced meat with spices, form a cake, as was done in other recipes.

3. Pour an egg into a heated frying pan, put a cake. As soon as the omelet is fried, gently turn over, fry on the second side.

4. Cut the cucumber into long strips. Or just in half.

5. Mix the garlic with mayonnaise and spices, you can add greens.

6. Remove the breeze from the pan, grease with sauce, put cucumbers at one end and twist with a tube, like a roll.

7. Put the roll on the dish with the seam down, cut into several parts and can be served.

Minced meat brisol with eggplant and cheese

A feature of this brizola with minced meat is the filling. It is made from fresh eggplant. Prepare the basis of meat omelet according to any of the above recipes.

Ingredients

• 1 eggplant;

• 40 ml sour cream;

• 1 clove of garlic;

• spices;

• 50 g of cheese;

• 1 tablespoon of oil.

Cooking

1. Cut the eggplant into cubes, sprinkle with salt, leave for a quarter of an hour. Then it needs to be washed, squeezed.

2. Put the pieces on a heated skillet, fry until golden brown, do not cover with a lid.

3. Remove the eggplant from the heat, add the garlic and grated cheese, pepper to taste, stir quickly so that the cheese melts a little.

4. Grease the brizol with sour cream, put the filling, curl. If desired, you can additionally warm up a minute in the microwave.

Minced meat brisol with cheese and olives

A variant of a wonderful filling for brizol. It is advisable to use brine cheese or feta cheese, it will turn out tastier. Cook the omelet with minced meat according to the recipes above, the filling is designed for one tortilla.

Ingredients

• 70 g of brine cheese;

• 5 olives;

• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream;

• 2 sheets of lettuce;

• spices, garlic to taste;

• 0.5 tomatoes.

Cooking

1. Cut the brine cheese into cubes of 0.5 centimeters. Also cut the tomato. It is desirable that it be tight.

2. Tear lettuce leaves, add to the total mass.

3. Cut the olives, pour over to the salad.

Stuffed Brizol - useful tips and tricks

• In a frying pan with a small diameter, the base for brizoli is easier to fry and turn, but a dish of large and thin cakes looks more impressive.

• It is undesirable to add a lot of onions to the minced meat, especially chopped coarsely. He does not have time to prepare, the pieces will crunch.

• Brizol can be prepared in advance, fry meat omelettes, then quickly reheat in a microwave oven, fill with prepared filling.

• If there is no time to prepare the filling for brizol, use ready-made Korean salads. All of them are perfectly combined with meat and eggs, regardless of additives.
