Ingredients: pumpkin (1 kg), cottage cheese (500 gr.), semolina (3/4 cup), milk or kefir (2 cups), egg (4pcs), butter (1 tbsp.), sour cream (1/2 ), caraway seeds (1/4) tsp), salt, vanillin, baking powder, a little raisins.

Cooking method

It is advisable to lubricate a multicooker with margarine or any fat, but preferably with butter. Beat with a mixer the eggs until smooth, lush mass, about 2-3 minutes. In the process, add sugar and in turn: baking powder, cottage cheese, kefir, semolina. At the end, put the raisins and mix again. The dough is quite liquid. We put it in a greased multicooker and set the "baking" mode for 45 minutes. The only drawback is that the tip may turn out to be a little pale. Spread it with jam or just flip it on a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon. If you are afraid that the dish will burn, you can put parchment paper on the bottom and grease it with oil. After baking, put on heating for 10 minutes - so the casserole will remain warm.

Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces, a thickness of 1-1.5 cm is enough. Put the crock-pot in a saucepan. For refueling, mix olive oil with a clove of garlic passed through the garlic. Salt and add a full spoon of basil, a little white pepper. You can add a little sugar to unsweetened pumpkin. Mix the dressing and let it brew for a bit (about 15 minutes). Surprisingly fast and without your participation you will get a whole pan of delicious roast. Do not rush to throw away seeds when cleaning the pumpkin - a few fried things can be ground in a coffee grinder and added to the dish - this will give it an original nutty flavor.

Ingredients: pumpkin (500 - 600 gr.), pork (300-400 grams), potatoes (300 grams), vegetable oil (20 grams), spices for pork.

Cooking method

Dice the pumpkin. Rinse the pork, let the water drain well, cut into pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Peel a few seeds and chop. Add spices, salt. Put ingredients in the multicooker and add oil. Stir with a plastic spoon. Cooking in the "normal" mode, 1.5 hours, then set the mode "Pie" and another 30 minutes.
