- 300 gr. premium flour
- 200 gr. drain oil

- one chicken egg (per dough)
- 400 gr. zucchini
- 100-150 gr. hard cheese (any)

- one egg (to the filling)
- salt (to the filling)
- ground pepper to taste

Cooking method:

1. Making the dough. Mix the sifted flour with small sugar, salt, add chilled butter, chopped into pieces. Knead the dough until crumbs are obtained. Then add the egg into it and start a soft dough. We roll it into a ball, envelop it with a film and remove it in the cold for 20-40 minutes.
