Ingredients

• 2 eggs;

• 450 ml of kefir;

• 80 ml of oil;

• 200 g of onion;

• sugar, salt;

• 500 g of mushrooms;

• 370 g of flour;

• 1 tsp soda;

• pepper, thyme, garlic to taste.

Cooking

1. Fry chopped onions in half the vegetable oil.

2. As soon as the slices of the vegetable begin to brown, add the chopped champignons. Mushrooms can be minced in any way. Cook onions with mushrooms until all the moisture has evaporated from them.

3. Remove the filling from the fire, season with spices, pour thyme, throw crushed garlic, dill greens are good here. Stir, leave to cool.

4. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.

5. Now you can begin to knead the dough. Beat eggs with one teaspoon without a hill of salt, add a spoon with a hill of sugar. We extinguish the baking soda in kefir, pour it all over to the eggs.

6. Add the remaining vegetable oil, pour the flour and stir.

7. Pour half the dough into a tin, spread the mushroom filling, which should have already cooled down. Pour dough on top.

8. Put in the oven and immediately reduce the temperature by 175-180 degrees. Bake until tender. Time depends on the diameter of the mold. For a medium-sized pie, 35-40 minutes is enough.

Jellied pie with mushrooms and cheese dough in a slow cooker

The recipe for a fragrant and tasty jellied pie with mushrooms. This miracle is preparing in a slow cooker. For the test you will need a small amount of hard cheese.

Ingredients

• 400 g of mushrooms (fresh weight);

• onion head;

• 4 eggs;

• 1 tsp baking powder;

• 1.25 Art. flour;

• 80 g of cheese;

• butter, crackers.

Cooking

1. If mushrooms for filling will be used forest, then be sure to boil.

2. Onion cut into cubes, fry in a few tablespoons of oil, add fresh or boiled mushrooms, cut into cubes. We fry together almost until ready, season the filling with salt, any other spices.

Pouring dough on pure mayonnaise never mixes. Be sure to add kefir, fermented baked milk, sour cream or another sour-milk product. Fried champignon filling.

Ingredients

• 250 g of mayonnaise;

• three eggs;

• 250 g of low-fat sour cream (kefir);

• 4 tablespoons of flour;

• 0.5 tsp soda.

6. Bake mushroom pie for about 35 minutes in the oven or 50-60 minutes in a slow cooker.

Jellied pie with mushrooms and potatoes

A variant of jellied pie with potatoes and mushrooms, which is also prepared from dough on mayonnaise. The second ingredient is kefir. Due to the potato, the toppings in this pie turn out a lot.

Ingredients

•? glasses of kefir;

•? glasses of mayonnaise;

• 1.5 tsp cultivator;

•? cups of flour;

• 3 eggs.

Filling:

• champignons 0.4 kg;

• 3 potatoes;

• 2 onion heads;

Cooking

1. Cut the mushrooms into pieces, immediately chop the onion. We spread it in a frying pan with heated oil, 3-4 tablespoons are enough, fry almost until done, season with spices, cool.

2. Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water for 7-8 minutes. Cool, cut into plates.

3. Take a bowl for kneading dough, break eggs into it, salt, beat with a whisk. First add mayonnaise, shake. We introduce kefir, shake again. Mash with flour and cultivator.

4. We take softened butter and smear with a thick layer along the bottom of the mold. The edges are simply lubricated with a thin layer.

5. Spread the plate of potatoes.

6. Now a layer of fried mushrooms.

7. Fill it all with dough and bake for 30-40 minutes. We give the finished cake to cool a little, then you need to cover the form on top with a bowl, turn it over.

Jellied pie with mushrooms and chicken "60 minutes"

To prepare this jellied pie, you will need exactly an hour of time. Chicken can be used already boiled or fried or cooked according to the recipe.

Ingredients

• kefir glass;

• 50 g of plums. oils;

• 3 eggs;

• 3 l. rast. butter in the dough;

• 300 g of champignons;

• 100 g of cheese;

• 3 onion heads;

• 200 g flour;

• 1 tsp soda;

Cooking

4. While the filling is preparing, you can knead the dough. Into kefir at room temperature we introduce soda, throw eggs and beat. Pour the flour, salt and whisk again. Add 3 tablespoons of oil, stir.

5. Put a thin layer of dough into the mold, about half will go, then pour the mushroom stuffing and chicken, sprinkle with grated cheese.

6. Pour the remaining dough on top. Gently stretch the layer with a spoon to cover the entire filling.

7. We bake a pie for 40 minutes.

Jellied pie with mushrooms and potatoes (option 2)

The recipe for another jellied cake, which uses boiled potatoes. Mushrooms are added pickled. Honey mushrooms or champignons are ideal here. Cook the dough on kefir according to the recipe above.

Ingredients

• 4 potatoes;

• 1 bunch of onions;

• salt pepper;

• 200-250 g of mushrooms;

• 2 tablespoons of oil;

• 2 tablespoons of crackers.

Cooking

1. Peel the boiled potatoes, cut into cubes half a centimeter.

2. Add chopped onion to the potato.

3. Cut the pickled mushrooms. If small mushrooms are used, then you can lay them in their entirety.

4. Season the filling with spices and one spoonful of vegetable oil.

5. The second spoon of oil you need to grease the form, then sprinkle the container with crackers.

6. We knead the dough according to the previous recipe on kefir or use another option. Pour half into the mold, put the filling and pour the dough again.

7. Bake the cake in the oven or in the slow cooker until cooked.

Mushroom Jellied Pie - Tips & Tricks

• Mushroom cake will be more beautiful, more aromatic and a crisp will appear on it if you sprinkle a greased form with a mixture of sesame seeds and ground crackers.

• To make the pie from the jellied dough turn out to be rosy, sugar is added to it, but only in a small amount. For a medium-sized product, 0.5-1 tablespoons is enough. Otherwise, the crumb will brown faster than bake.

• Mushroom filling will be tastier if you add herbs, garlic, spices. If potatoes or cereals, such as rice, are added to mushrooms, then the oil will be useful in the filling. It will make the taste of minced meat softer, more tender.
