In Germany, a new trend in nutrition has appeared and is becoming increasingly popular - "healthy fast food."

Cafes and fast-food restaurants offer dishes that are prepared using organic products. One of these establishments is the Guten Abend bio-restaurant in Cologne. There are also two eateries, the menu of which consists of biologically pure fast food. Of course, McDonald's may still not be afraid of competition from these institutions, but the number of fans of bio-hamburgers and bio-schnitzels is growing, and there is no shortage of visitors.

The first café in Cologne was Pick-a-pea, where exclusively certified organic products purchased from local farmers are used for cooking. The cafe prepares seven biosupermarkets for buffets and bistros, said Catherine Mötenich, owner of the cafe.

Compared to McDonald's, prices are higher, but also affordable. Hamburgers cost no more than 4.40 euros, salad and soup - up to 5.50 euros, and the main dish of the bio-schnitzel institution, which is served with French fries as a side dish, will cost 5.90 euros.

Bio-hamburgers can be enjoyed at Freddy Schilling Café. The order is prepared within 15 minutes in front of visitors. Everything is fresh, without preservatives or flavors. Burgers have not only an unusual taste, but also bright names - Aunt Titian, Asparagus Tarzan. But the main thing is not in the names, but in products that lack antibiotics and pesticides. Buns are also baked according to a special recipe.
