Unfortunately, not everyone gave nature volumetric and sensual sponges. Even with age, even the most seductive and sexy lose their shape and elasticity, corners start to fall, wrinkles appear above the upper lip, the contour becomes blurred, and the skin becomes more flabby ...

The question arises: how to preserve the youth and beauty of the lips, to make them plumper and more expressive, without lying under the knife of a plastic surgeon and not using fashionable and very expensive procedures?

There is an exit! There is a way not only to preserve, but also to return the bygone youth of the lips, and even make them more expressive and voluminous! Intrigued?

Everything is very simple: just 10-15 minutes a day is enough to engage in a special set of exercises - lip shaping. And since any gymnastics requires regular exercises for visible results, our main task is not to “cool down” and not to stop halfway through.

Preparatory stage

Do not worry - everything is simple. All you need to do is clean your face from make-up and impurities (so that your skin can be fully saturated with oxygen), apply a nourishing cream (balm) on your lips and rinse your mouth first with warm water and then with cold water. Such a rinse will increase muscle tone, which means gymnastics will be more effective.

Daily charge for elasticity and volume

1. "Blow out the candles." Imagine that in front of you is a big cake with a hundred lit candles, and you are the hero of the occasion. You make a wish, take a mouthful of air, funny puffing up your cheeks, and that there is strength, you blow all the lights. Repeat at least 10 times, making a pause of 2-3 seconds after each exhalation.

2. "Fife". Pull the lips forward with a "pipe", and as far as you can, begin to slightly open them, uttering the sound "O". In this case, the lips must be constantly stretched out, with pronunciation, they should only open and shrink. Repeat at least 15 times, relax for a couple of seconds, and repeat the exercise one or two times.

3. Take a deep breath, strongly inflated cheeks. And start gradually "puff", jerking releasing the air and uttering at this time the sound "p": p ... n ... n ... Repeat 5-7 times.

4. "Accordion". Strongly squeeze the lips and stretch them in a smile (without unclenching). Hold them in this position for several minutes, then pull them out with a straw, repeat 15-20 times.

5. "Nape". Slowly and slowly draw the vowels a, o, y, and y (each letter is 10-15 times).

6. "Kiss". Pull the lips forward, as if you want to kiss someone, and make them a circular rotation, drawing eight (20 times). Rest a bit, relax your lips, then close your lips again, lips - to the “kiss” position and move them left and right for 30 seconds.

7. "Lipstick". Imagine that you put lipstick on your lips and start smearing it with your lips (30 seconds). For a moment, relax and do it again.

8. "Fish". You are a fish, and make light clapping movements as if breathing. Perform 1-3 minutes (as you can).

Make lips plump

This set of exercises will help make thin lips more voluminous, elastic and beautiful in the shortest possible time. Provided that you will spend at least 15-20 minutes daily on this gymnastics.

1. Pull the lips forward in the form of a kiss, and at the same time press on them with your index finger. The goal - to provide the greatest resistance to the lips of the finger. Stretched and relaxed, stretched and relaxed, so you need to do about 200 times.

2. Extend lips with a pipe and draw circles with them. First, 100 circles are clockwise, then 100 times counterclockwise.

3. Place two index fingers over the upper lip, and two thumbs - under the bottom (lips should be at the same time relaxed and closed). With light, slightly pressing movements, pull the lips forward, separating them from the teeth, and release. Just do not push your lips hard, do not jerk. Repeat 100-150 times.

Raise the corners of the lips

1. Press the corners of your mouth with your fingers and begin to stretch your lips and relax. Repeat 10-15 times.

2. Press the corners with your index fingers, and make 3-5 “smacking” movements loudly. Relax. Repeat 10 times.

3. Open your mouth a little and wrap your lips by your teeth, smile, lifting the corners of your lips. Do 10 times.

4. Hide your lips in your mouth and, applying strength, open it (10 times).

5. If you can whistle, then do it more often!

6. Together with the lips, make movements with the lower jaw left and right. Repeat 15 times.

It is important to know! Increase the effectiveness of these exercises will help your high spirits and facial expression. Try to smile more, not to make a gloomy and angry face, and then the fruits of your labors will appear on your face much faster.

Remove wrinkles from the mouth

Say the sound "o" and hold your lips like this. At the same time, it is necessary to wrinkle the nose and lift its tip with a finger. Continuing to say "o", press your upper lip to your teeth with your fingers and try to smile in such a way that it works as much as possible. With each smile, lift the tip of the nose more and at the same time with your index fingers do the massaging movements in the direction from the nose to the chin and in the opposite direction.

Repeat the exercise until the nasolabial folds are tired. After, without relaxing, you need to froze with a smile and a snub nose, count to 20, while tapping with your fingertips in the same directions. Gradually complicate the exercise: increase the number of approaches and the length of the account during the delay.

Make your lips soft and velvety

To give your lips a unique softness and grooming, you need to take care of them, as well as your face - regularly clean, nourish and moisturize.

Clearing

Every day, clean your lips from the remnants of cosmetics and dirt. To do this, it is enough to have a makeup remover (cream) and cotton pads. In addition, do soft scrubbing every week. As an exfoliating agent, you can use candied honey (sugar) and olive oil in a 1: 1 ratio. However, be careful: peeling lips must be done very gently and gently in a circular motion, otherwise you can only hurt and provoke the appearance of wrinkles.

Protecting

Before going outside, be sure to use protective equipment depending on the time of year. In the summer and spring, protect your lips from the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation, using moisturizers with a high content of UV filters, and in the cold season - nutritious and fatty creams (balms) that protect against cold.

Nourish and moisturize

Fruit mask: remove the peel and rub the apple on a fine grater, rub with softened butter (1/2 teaspoon). Apply mask for 15 minutes. An apple can be replaced with a banana, apricot, gooseberry, melon, watermelon, cucumber and beetroot.

For dry lips, honey is the best nourishing and exfoliating remedy. Just apply on lips, hold for 10-15 minutes, gently massage and rinse.

Nutritious smetannaya mask. In sour cream (1 teaspoon), add 2-3 drops of lemon juice and olive (vegetable) oil. Apply a thick layer of lips and hold for 15-20 minutes.

Ointment helps lips. Take (1 teaspoon) of beeswax, petrolatum, cocoa butter (alternatively, castor or olive), and 1 tablespoon of chamomile infusion. First melt the wax in a water bath, then (without removing) all the other ingredients. Mix, remove from the bath and whisk. Apply at night, wash off in the morning. Lip a bit heavily smeared several times a day, before going outside.

And for dessert

If you often peel off your lips, then a good result will be a lip massage using honey, butter and a toothbrush: just apply to the brush and gently massage for 1-2 minutes. By the way, with the help of such a massage, you can achieve the effect of "silicone lips", but instead of honey and oil, use lip gloss (increasing volume) and massage should be 10-15 minutes.
