Scientists from the United States found that insomnia may well lead to the death of cells of vital organs: the liver, lungs and small intestine. In the case of normalization of sleep, cells self-regenerate.

Doctors have reasonable assumptions that sleep disorders can lead to the development of cardiovascular and cancer diseases. If at the initial stages it is quite possible to solve the problem of insomnia, then in a state of neglect it becomes chronic.

Recent studies have shown that late bedtime provokes an increase in negative thoughts in a person. Such people are often prone to depression and cycling on the same thing. In order to maintain health and feel vigorous throughout the day, experts recommend not only to get enough sleep, but also to plan a competent mode of work and rest.
