Ingredients:

Eggs - 6 pieces (2 in the dough, 4 for the filling);

Sour cream - 1 glass;

Flour 2 cups;

Lean oil - 3-4 tbsp. l .;

Soda - 0.5 tsp;

Vinegar;

Chives - a large bunch;

Salt - a pinch;

Spices to taste.

Step by step cooking jellied pie on sour cream:

Break the eggs for the dough (2 pcs) into a suitable bowl, add and beat in the foam.

Add sour cream to the eggs and in small portions, stirring constantly, pour in the flour. Mix thoroughly and finally throw the slaked soda with vinegar.

The finished dough for the jellied cake will be in consistency, like a pancake dough. If you wish, you can add spices to it: Provencal or Italian herbs.

To prepare the filling for the pie, you need very little: wash, dry and finely chop the green onions, and hard-boiled eggs (4 pieces), chopped or diced on a coarse grater. Stir and salt.

Grease the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil, pour the filling and pour it with dough.

Bake the jellied cake at a temperature of 189-190⁰ for up to 40 minutes. Do not forget to check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer.
