And besides the amazing taste, the cake is prepared with a minimum amount of products. Amazing baking does not require much of your time, but you will not be able to refuse one more piece.

And even if you cook one serving, you will most likely have to knead more, because there will still be little cake. The main thing is to immediately buy several packs of coconut. And if you find multi-colored coconut flakes, then the pie will turn out to be unusual as well.

Ingredients:

Kefir - 250 ml;

Eggs - 1 pc.;

Sugar - 280 g;

Baking powder - 12 g;

Flour - 2.5 tbsp .;

Coconut flakes - 100 g;

Cream - 200 ml.

Recipe:

Sugar and coconut flakes in half. Part of the chips and sugar will go to the dough, and the second part to the coconut “hat”. In a bowl, combine ½ sugar, egg, flour, kefir and baking powder.

Mix well and add coconut. Leave on for 10-15 minutes so that the chips swell a little. So it will be tastier believe me.

Stir in the remaining sugar and coconut. These are dry ingredients for coconut top.

Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable or butter. If the mold is detachable, cover the bottom with parchment paper, and coat the boots with oil. Pour all the dough into a mold.

Now evenly distribute coconut chips with sugar over the entire surface of the cake.

We send the cake to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. After 10 minutes, remove the cake and cover it with foil. Increase the temperature in the oven to 200 degrees.
