What cheeses are combined with:

• garlic and mayonnaise - a classic;

• eggs, cottage cheese, cream, sour cream;

• fresh, canned, fried vegetables;

• crab sticks, fish products;

• sausages and meat products.

From all this, smears for sandwiches, fillings for stuffing vegetables, rolls, tartlets and much more are prepared. To prepare such an appetizer, you need chips of the correct shape so that they coincide with each other. Processed cheese is used here, but you can take hard varieties.

Ingredients

• 16 chips;

• 100 g of processed cheese;

• 2 eggs;

• 4 olives;

• 0.3 tsp finished mustard;

• salt, dill;

• some mayonnaise.

Cooking

1. To prevent the chips from becoming wet from the wet mass, you need to put them together in pairs.

2. Boil eggs in advance, chop finely, pour into a bowl.

3. Grate cream cheese or any other variety. Chop a few twigs of dill and transfer it to the eggs.

4. Add salt and mustard to the mass, mix thoroughly. Rate consistency. If necessary, add a little mayonnaise, stir again. The filling should be thick.

5. Arrange the cooked mass on chips, smoothly level.

Ingredients

• 100 g sticks;

• 50 g of hard cheese;

• 60 g of processed cheese;

• two eggs;

• clove of garlic;

• mayonnaise, salt, pepper;

• optionally nuts.

Cooking

1. Grate hard cheese very finely, set aside.

2. Boil, chop, pour eggs into a bowl.

3. Grind the processed cheese, add it to the eggs.

4. Chop the garlic, add the greens, pour into a bowl.

5. Grate crab sticks, it is better not to defrost. Measure out a spoon and pour it into the cheese chips that were previously set aside. The rest of the sticks send to the total mass.

6. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, stir well. It should be such a mass from which it is convenient to sculpt balls. Therefore, put the mayonnaise gently, on a small spoon and stir well each time.

7. Roll up the balls. You can stick a nut inside each.

8. Roll the balls in a mixture of cheese and crab sticks, transfer to a plate.

Cheese appetizer on skewers for wine and champagne

A variant of the simplest cheese snack, which is perfect for wine, champagne and other similar drinks. If there are no skewers, then you can use toothpicks. Cheese is better to use different types.

Ingredients

• can of olives;

• 150 g of cheese of one kind;

• 150 g of cheese of a different kind.

Cooking

1. Cut the cheese into neat cubes the size of an olive.

2. Open a jar of olives, drain the marinade, put them on napkins, let the droplets drain.

• pita;

• 200 g of cheese;

• 3 cloves of garlic;

• two boiled eggs;

• 120 g of mayonnaise;

• 0.3 tsp salts;

• a bunch of dill.

Cooking

1. Peel boiled eggs, chop with a knife or grate.

2. Chop dill and garlic, pour over to the eggs.

3. Grate cheese in the same bowl, add salt and mayonnaise. Stir well until smooth. If desired, you can chop the bell pepper, a few crab sticks, add smoked sausage or ham.

5. You can let him lie down a bit or take a very sharp knife, carefully cut into slices, put on a dish.

Eggplant Cheese Appetizer

Tomatoes are often wrapped in eggplant, but even tastier is a snack with cheese. Especially when using the popular mass with mayonnaise and garlic.

Ingredients

• 2 eggplants;

• 150 g of cheese;

• 1 bunch of parsley;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise;

• at the request of nuts;

• oil, salt and other spices.

Cooking

1. In eggplant, cut off the ends, plastovat in length, a slice thickness of 3-4 mm. If it is larger, then there may be problems with folding.

2. To remove the bitterness, sprinkle the slices with salt, laying on top of each other. Leave for half an hour, no need to cover.

3. You can cook the filling for now. Cheese and garlic just grate, add half a bunch of chopped parsley, leave the rest of the greens to finish the appetizer.

4. Add mayonnaise to the cheese, stir. If suddenly cheese is not enough, for example, only 80-100 grams, then you can add one boiled egg, only chopped finely. Salt to taste, but remember that the eggplant was steeped. For hot pepper, you can introduce a little mustard. Often chopped walnuts are added to such a filling, which can also be done.

5. Rinse the eggplant and dry.

6. Heat a wide frying pan with oil, you do not need to make a large layer, since the eggplant will still actively absorb fat. Put slices, fry.

7. Now put a little filling on each slice of eggplant. Twist the roll so that it is inside. Get a kind of roll.

8. Form a snack of all eggplants, transfer to a beautiful plate, decorate with the remaining parsley.

European cheese appetizer with grapes

The chic version is very easy to prepare European snacks. One of the main ingredients is grapes, it is important to choose large berries, the variety does not matter. Cheese is used differently.

Ingredients

• 200 g of grapes;

• 50 grams of walnuts;

• 150 grams of pistachios;

• soft cream cheese 150 grams;

• 130 grams of soft blue cheese.

Cooking

1. Nuts with pistachios need to be chopped, but not to the state of flour. You can simply put in a blender and chop into pieces. Pour into a bowl.

2. Combine both types of cheese and just grind together. If suddenly the mass turns steep, you can add a little cream. We turn cheeses into a kind of plasticine.

3. Cut the grape, but not completely. Take out the seeds, since they are inappropriate in this snack, connect the halves of the berry. Remove the seeds from the rest of the grapes.

• 150 g of any cheese;

• 230 g of ham;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• mayonnaise if necessary;

• 15 olives;

• greenery;

• 2 eggs.

Cooking

1. Grate boiled eggs and any cheese with large chips, pour into a bowl.

2. Peel the garlic, chop the cloves or grate too, but use a fine grater.

3. Add the garlic to the cheese, chop the herbs and pour over it.

4. If the cheese used is not soft, then put a little mayonnaise, stir.

5. Cut olives into strips or rings, pour into cheese, stir again.

6. Spread the ham slices in front of you, scatter the filling so that it works out evenly everywhere. But you do not need to lay out a bunch, it is better to strip.

7. Roll rolls from ham, immediately put on a plate. For a fortress, you can fasten with a toothpick or a decorative skewer.
