4. Transfer gelatin to cottage cheese, stir.

5. Add berries or pieces of fruit. They can also be rubbed or left so, a matter of taste. Stir the last time.

6. We transfer the mass into silicone molds, bowls, in small salad bowls or in bowls.

6. Transfer nuts to the liver.
