Pork with bell pepper - general principles of cooking

Bell pepper has a pleasant piquant taste with sweet notes, while perfectly complements and sets off the taste of pork. This is a wonderful light side dish, which not only does not weigh down the meat dish, but also reduces its calorie content.

For many, the first thing that comes to mind when they say “pork and bell pepper” is stuffed peppers. Of course, this dish is tasty, but it is not the only thing that can be prepared from these two products, so bell pepper is good in that it can be subjected to any heat treatment: frying, baking, cooking, and in tandem with pork, the taste of the prepared dish will be truly delicious .

1. Pork with bell pepper: roast recipe

Ingredients:

• 200 grams of pork pulp;

• onion;

• 3 potatoes;

• carrot;

• bell pepper;

• 150 milliliters of tomato sauce;

• a pair of bay leaves;

• Provencal herbs;

• tomato sauce;

• salt;

• black pepper;

• sunflower oil.

Cooking:

1. Vegetable oil is poured into the pan and set on fire.

5. Add bell pepper, fry, stirring for another five minutes.

• 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce;

• a tablespoon of sugar;

• vegetable oil;

• hazelnuts.

1. All meat is pre-thawed. Then cut across the fibers in thin pieces.

• 50 milliliters of soy sauce;

• a teaspoon of oyster sauce;

• 2 tablespoons of soy sauce;

• one carrot;

• 100 grams of noodles;

• onion;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• one Bulgarian red and green pepper;

• celery stalk;

• 60 grams of white cabbage;

• 3 branches of cilantro;

• vegetable oil.

Cooking:

1. The meat is cut into small pieces. Stack in a bowl.

2. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce. The ingredients are thoroughly mixed. The container is closed with a lid and refrigerated overnight.
