Swedish scientists in the course of experimental observations established the best age for the first pregnancy with a minimum risk of developing defects in the fetus.
The data obtained showed that women under 30 years of age have a 20% lower risk of any complications than at a later age.
The tendency to increase the age of a woman who is about to become pregnant for the first time has been increasing over the past decades - ladies are devoting more and more time to their careers, postponing the birth of their firstborn for later. However, studies have shown that career achievements adversely affect the ability to become pregnant and endure as a result of a healthy baby.
