• finely ground coffee or coffee grounds;

• powdered bones of fruits such as raspberries, grapes, viburnum, avocado;

• ground nuts;

• ordinary shallow or sea salt;

• baking soda;

• brown cane sugar;

• semolina;

• ground egg shells;

• chopped dry citrus zest;

• various cereals and cereals.

Some of the proposed products already have an initially shredded appearance, while others can be prepared independently if a coffee grinder, mortar or blender is available.

1. Exfoliating soda composition. Granules of such a versatile product as soda are ideal for gentle cleansing of the skin of the face and eliminate acne. To prepare the scrub, you need to take 1 tsp. baking soda and mix with any detergent. It can be gel, milk, liquid soap. You can prepare a soda solution based on a small amount of water.

2. Sugar complex for nourishing the skin is suitable for both the body and the face (but not with sensitive skin). Mix will need sugar 1 tsp. with half a serving of thick honey and the juice of half a lemon. If the mixture is too liquid, it’s tedious to add more sugar to it. Thanks to the lemon, a whitening effect will also be noticeable.

3. Life-giving coffee mix. To create a scrub, you need dried coffee grounds of previously drunk coffee. The invigorating qualities of this product can stimulate collagen production. Ground coffee and olive oil should be mixed in equal proportions. After such a scrub, you can not even lubricate the skin with cream.

4. Soothing for oatmeal skin. Oatmeal porridge effectively nourishes the skin, acts as an absorbent, relieves inflammation, rashes, and is suitable for dry and sensitive skin. Selection of exfoliating facial scrubs at home for skin type

For all skin types, such mixtures are suitable:

• sweet-salty - sugar and salt will act here as abrasives, which must be mixed with any product of your choice: honey, cosmetic milk, butter or sour cream. For people with sensitive skin, this composition is not suitable;

• grape - made from ground grape seeds and pulp of the same berries with the addition of honey, banana pulp and cream in about the same amounts;

• strawberry - ideal for aging skin. It is necessary to puree 2-3 strawberries mixed with 1 tbsp. l dry milk and add a few drops of essential oils of mandarin and chamomile;

• Coconut - an exotic scrub containing grated pulp of fresh coconut, as well as sugar in a ratio of 2: 1 and sour cream.

For dry skin types, other ingredients should be selected. Such recipes come in handy:

• the oatmeal mixture contains crushed cereal and honey, the products must be thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous consistency is obtained;

• fruit mixture - it is necessary to peel the apple from the peel and seeds, mash its half with a slice of banana, mix the resulting mixture with honey, cream and oatmeal;

• Salt scrub includes either fine or sea salt to choose from, as well as cream with a high percentage of fat content or sour cream.

For oily skin type, the following recipes are appropriate:

• sugar collection - a mixture of sugar and olive oil;

• lemon cocktail - you will need lemon juice, sugar and honey in equal amounts;

• Rice composition - includes ground rice, kazhi oat flakes and olive oil.

To achieve results from cleansing procedures, they must be performed regularly. You can also independently experiment with the recipe, having previously studied the properties of the products. They should be combined correctly for a beneficial effect on the skin.
