Most often, for baked pasties, yeast dough in milk or water is used. There are recipes for kefir or sour cream, they are below. For quick and lazy baking, you can use puff pastry bought at the store. It is desirable that it also be yeast, otherwise the baking will turn out stiff.

Jam is always used as a filling. Given the high sugar content and sugary taste, you do not need to add it in large quantities. Sometimes jam is mixed with other products that make the taste of sweet minced meat more pleasant and richer.

How to make pies:

Cooking

1. Warm milk is poured into a saucepan or into a large bowl, mixed with sugar and yeast, left for a couple of minutes.

2. The oil melts, cools. Beat the whole egg with half a teaspoon of salt.

3. Milk is mixed with eggs and butter, beaten eggs are added, the mass is well mixed.

4. Vanillin with flour is added to the dough, all mixed together. Next, the bowl needs to be removed in a warm place for 2.5 hours.

5. The jam is transferred to a bowl, kneading until smooth. Lumps in the filling should not be.

6. We get the approached dough, divide into small lumps, roll out the cakes.

7. We spread the prepared jam on flat cakes. We make closed pies, paying special attention to the strength of the seams. The filling should not leak.

8. We shift the pies onto the baking sheet with the seam down. Between them there should be a place for lifting.

9. Let stand in heat on a baking sheet for about a quarter of an hour. Products must rise, smooth.

10. Beat the remaining egg for lubrication, cover the surface of the pies.

11. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.

Oven puff pastry with jam

Variant of pies with jam in the oven whip up from ready-made puff pastry. It is better to use yeast dough, from which baking is softer.

Ingredients

• 300-350 g of jam;

• 3-4 tablespoons of sugar.

Cooking

• 300 g of jam.

Cooking

1. Kefir is taken out in advance or warmed up carefully. It is important not to curd the product.

2. Mix sugar, soda and salt with kefir.

3. Add one egg, pour half a glass of vegetable oil. Whisk well with a whisk.

Pies with jam in the oven on the water

Variant of yeast dough on water with sour cream. Opaque cooking method. You can take absolutely any jam for the filling.

Ingredients

• 300 ml of water;

• 50 g margarine;

• 70 g sour cream;

• 11 g of yeast;

• egg (for greasing products);

• 50 g of sugar;

• 1 tsp salts;

• 500 g of jam;

• 5-7 glasses of flour.

Cooking

1. Make a couple. To do this, we brew yeast in warm water, add half the sugar and 1-1.5 cups of flour. We leave the cooked talker warm for about one hour. The dough should rise well, covered with bubbles.

2. Melt margarine or use any oil, vegetable may be.
