• 500 ml of water;

• 80 g of sugar;

• 1 tsp salts;

• 15 g of yeast;

• 400 ml of water;

• 0.7-0.8 kg of flour;

• 2 eggs;

• 100 g butter;

Cooking

1. Sift flour immediately, add vanillin, leave it warm.

2. Heat water, combine with milk powder. After dissolving the lumps, add sugar and salt, break the eggs, shake well.

3. Melt the butter. You can take cream margarine instead. Cool to 50 degrees.

4. Combine the yeast liquid with butter, add flour. The amount is approximate, as the humidity of the products is different.

5. Knead the soft dough, place in a large bowl, put in heat.

Pies on milk powder with cottage cheese

A variant of baked pies with curd filling. The dough for them is prepared according to the recipe above in the same amount. For the filling, cottage cheese of 6-9% fat content is used.

Ingredients

• dough;

• 120 g of raisins;

• 600 g of cottage cheese;

• 1 egg;

• 70 g of sugar;

• 1 g vanilla;

• 40 g of oil.

One egg and a spoonful of fresh milk or a pinch of dry milk.

Cooking

1. Pour raisins with hot water. Allow the liquid to cool completely for about an hour, drain. Put raisins on a dry surface in one layer, let dry.

2. Mash cottage cheese with softened butter, add sugar and egg. If the product is dry, then you need a couple of spoons of fat sour cream.

3. Add the raisins to the curd.

Powdered milk pies - tips and tricks

• Dough does not like drafts. When working with it, you need to close all windows, the room should be warm, the temperature should be at least 22 degrees. If a dry crust still appears on the surface, you need to irrigate the dough with water, cover it with a napkin for a few minutes or put it in a bag.

• Yeast dough needs to be warm and ripen, but everything should be within reasonable limits. After three hours of rest, the product may peroxide, which will negatively affect the taste quality. If you urgently need to leave, then put the dough in the refrigerator. This technique will slow down the ripening process, but will not completely stop it.

• Powdered milk contains its own sugar, so a small amount of product should be added to the dough for fried pies. Otherwise, the crust on the products will burn faster than the dough is prepared.
