Recipe 1: Sponge Cake with Peaches "Happiness"

To make such a cake you will need fresh or canned peaches. Tasty in both versions. Cream for this dessert is prepared on sour cream.

Ingredients

• eggs 4 pieces;

• flour 140 grams;

• sugar 140 grams;

• 30 ml of oil;

• 20 ml of boiling water;

• vanilla.

For cream:

• 350 ml of sour cream;

• 160 grams of sugar.

For a layer of 250 grams of peaches.

If the peaches are canned, then we use 80 ml of syrup for the impregnation. If the fruits are fresh, then you will need any compote or just sweet tea.

Cooking

1. Cooking biscuit dough. Beat sugar and prescription eggs until fluffy. Add vegetable oil and pour two tablespoons of boiling water. Quickly stir and gently introduce the flour. If there is no confidence in the biscuit test, then you can add a pinch of baking baking powder.

2. Pour the dough into a shape of 22 centimeters, so that the height of the cake allows you to divide it into three layers. We bake at 180 until ready.

3. Before cutting the biscuit, let it cool well and lay down; it is better to cook the cake on the eve. Then we cut into three parts with a large knife.

4. For the cream, simply mix thick sour cream and granulated sugar, and add vanilla to taste.

5. Peaches cut into thin plates.

6. Putting the cake together. To do this, put the cake on the dish, pour it with syrup, lubricate and lay out the fruit plates. Cover with a second cake and so on. We make it to your taste.

7. We give “Happiness” to soak for several hours, always in the refrigerator.

Recipe 2: Gingerbread Cake with Peaches

A variant of a delicious cake without baking with peaches, for which you will need vanilla gingerbread. Cream is prepared on sour cream. For assembly, you will need cling film and a deep bowl.

Ingredients

• 0.6 kg of gingerbread;

• 0.6 kg of sour cream;

• 0.1 kg of sugar;

• 0.4 kg of peaches;

• 1 bag of vanilla;

• 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes.

Cooking

1. Stir the recipe sour cream with sugar and vanilla, send it to infuse in the refrigerator.

2. Cut the gingerbread in half, making small cakes.

3. Leave the three halves of the peaches whole, cut the rest into cubes or straws, as you like.

4. We cover any container with cling film, we choose the size of the cake ourselves.

5. Lubricate the bottom and sides with a layer of sour cream.

6. Spread a layer of gingerbread and grease again, sprinkle with peaches. Then again the gingerbread and peaches. The last layer must be lubricated and remove the cake soaked for at least six hours. You can cook the day before. The rest of the cream is also sent to the refrigerator.

7. Cover the bowl with a flat plate, remove the film. Grease the cake with the rest of the cream and put the halves of peaches. You can cut it.

Recipe 3: Peach Jelly Cake

To make such a cake, you will need one cake: biscuit, sand or any other. You can take a purchase or a home one. It doesn’t matter, you just need to match the size of the split form.

Ingredients

• 500 grams of cottage cheese;

• 1 pack of peach jelly;

• 350 ml of milk or liquid cream;

• 400 ml of yogurt;

• 50 grams of gelatin;

• 500 grams of peaches;

• vanilla;

• 250 grams of sugar.

Cooking

1. Pour gelatin with milk, leave for half an hour.

2. Beat cottage cheese with sugar and yogurt, add vanillin, stir.

3. Free peaches from the stone, cut the halves into small slices. We put off half immediately.

4. Heat milk with gelatin, add to the curd. We spread half the peaches there. Stir well.

5. At the bottom of a detachable shape, lay any cake.

6. We spread the curd mass with pieces of fruit, level it and set it to solidify. Keep in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

7. We dilute jelly from the pack according to the instructions on the package. If there is no peach flavor, then take an apricot. Cool, but do not let freeze.

8. We take out the cake, lay out the previously left slices of peaches.

9. Pour diluted jelly, send for another three hours in the refrigerator.

Recipe 4: Cake with Peaches and Whipped Cream

For this cake, we take ready-made biscuit cakes. Usually in a pack of 3 of them. Or bake a biscuit of 5 eggs and divide it into 3 layers. Cream needs fat, you can take a special product for whipping.

Ingredients

• 3 cakes;

• 350 ml cream;

• 160 grams of powder;

• 1 packet of vanilla;

• 2 tablespoons of cognac;

• 5-6 fresh peaches or 10-12 canned halves;

• 1 cup peach compote.

Cooking

1. Add cognac to the peach compote, sweeten to taste and set aside for now.

2. Whip the cream until foamy, in small portions we introduce the powder and vanilla. The cream will be thick.

3. Peaches are taken apart, cut into thin slices.

4. Soak one cake with compote and cognac. We immediately spread a third of the cream. Smeared.

5. Lay out slices of peaches.

6. Again cake, impregnation, cream and peaches.

7. Cover the cake with the last cake and coat on all sides. Decorate with the remaining peaches.

Recipe 5: Chocolate Cake with Peaches "Africa"

To make a chocolate cake with peaches, you will need cocoa powder and canned peaches. Cream of boiled condensed milk.

• 6 tablespoons of cocoa;

For registration, a large jar of peaches, 0.5 cups of walnuts, a bar of chocolate, 30 grams of butter.

Cooking

1. Combine milk with eggs and sugar, beat with a mixer for a couple of minutes, add prescription water and then add vegetable oil.

2. Put the flour, ripper and cocoa in a sieve, sift.

3. Combine everything into a dough, beat for a minute and pour into a mold. We bake the cake until ready at 180. This will take about an hour.

4. Cool, cut into three layers.

5. Beat softened butter with boiled condensed milk. Fry nuts and chop into pieces. Peaches are taken from syrup and chopped. We leave one half for decoration.

6. Pour the cake with peach syrup, grease with cream and lay out pieces of fruit. We do the same with the second cake.

8. Melt the chocolate bar with a piece of butter.

9. We take out the cake, grease with glaze. Until the chocolate has frozen, stick a half of peach in the center, sprinkle with nuts around. Let the glaze harden and soak the dessert.

Recipe 6: Cake with Peaches and Curd Cream

A variant of the most delicate cake with peaches, which is layered with curd cream. The delicacy is prepared from a classic biscuit.

Ingredients

• 4 eggs;

• a glass of flour;

• a glass of sugar;

• 0.5 sachets of ripper.

Cream:

• 250 ml cream;

• 200 grams of sugar, better than powder;

• 300 grams of cottage cheese;

• vanilla.

For filling 500 grams of peaches.

Cooking

1. Pour sugar into a bowl, throw eggs to it and beat well until a thick froth.

2. Add flour to the biscuit dough, immediately pour the baking powder.

3. Stir, pour into the prepared container for baking and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.

4. Cool the biscuit, keep it for at least 4 hours, then cut it into several short cakes. If the shape is up to 22 centimeters, then you get three. If the diameter is larger, then cut only into two layers.

5. Grind the cottage cheese or beat with a blender along with sugar or powder.

6. Whip the cream separately until a dense foam. Then combine with cottage cheese, season with vanilla.

7. Half the peaches are cut into cubes and sent to the cream, stir. We leave the most beautiful and neat fruits for decoration, cut into thin plates.

8. Grease all the cakes with cream with fruit slices, arrange the top and sides.

9. Stack the remaining pieces on top.

Recipe 7: Cake with Peaches from Cookies

The simplest cake recipe for which we take ordinary square cookies. Cream of condensed milk with butter.

Ingredients

• 27 square cookies;

• 120 ml of milk;

• 1 can of condensed milk;

• 200 grams of oil;

• 0.3 kg of peaches.

Cooking

1. Beat softened butter with condensed milk.

2. Add to the cream peaches cut randomly, but not all. We leave one for registration.

3. Dip 9 pieces of cookies in milk and spread the first layer. Lubricate with peach cream.

4. Wet another 9 cookies and spread the second layer. It is not necessary to hold cookies in milk for a long time. Putting the whole cake together.

5. The last peach is cut in half and cut into strips, decorate the cake on top.

Cake with peaches - useful tips and tricks
